Here’s to a healthy mind, soul and teeth
As I focus to become more active and healthier this year, I start the day out with a fruit and vegetable smoothie. I have been doing this for about four months and can absolutely tell that I feel better. It has made a difference for me to start my day out healthy. Dr. Martin’s Green Smoothie
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Huge handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 cup of broccoli stems
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 Big piece of carrot
- 1/3 cup of low fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of Whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1-2 cups of water or water and ice (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
